Who can join NPS?

NPS is open to all resident and non-resident Indian citizen who is in the age group of 18-60 years as on date of application to the POP/POP-SP. An applicant can be an individual or corporate body provided they meet the documentation requirements. Once the applicant turns 60, no further contribution can be made to the NPS account.
